About

Successful “Dude-named-Ben” turned back to a first love in the comics world. After procrastinating for years, Lonnie Webb decided to self-publish Thru over at Thrucomic.com. It’s a story (among many) shelved way back in 2010 for day it could be shared. He has published a horror thriller graphic novel, Mister Tatters and has penciled other series such as Vampire of the Lost Highway: Forgotten Son Murders for Pinion Comics.

A head trauma survivor, Lonnie Webb is retired from CapitalOne, a whole-package IT professional and credentialed PMP(Project Management Professional) who builds on solid experience in eCommerce, logistics, aviation and advertising industries to harness business objectives and technological depth. He is effective in architectural as well as project management and director roles which he fulfilled at firms such as IBM, Aviall/Boeing, Rapp Collins, and Speed FC.  Lonnie is adept at cultivating relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders while simultaneously being proficient at team building in traditional and agile IT environments.

His experience resulted in contributions to IBM’s OS/2 Warp operating system and he frequently produces applications for Linux, Windows, and Mobile devices.  In a freelance capacity, he has maintained server farm web hosts as well as provided security audits.
